Karen Barnaby is a well know name in the Vancouver culinary scene.
She has been Executive Chef at more than one of Vancouver's 5 star restaurants, she is a cookbook author, food columnist, cooking instructor, past president of Les Dames d' Escoffier, recipient of a Minerva award and much more.... 
Karen is currently the product Development Chef for Gordon Food Services.
