Pakoras Nite @ Handi Restaurant Tuesday, November 4th, 2003 It was a chilly evening outside, but on the top floor of Handi restaurant, the ambience was nothing but warm and inviting. Handi owner Kamal Mroke and sous-chef "Jay-Kay" let us in on the secrets behind their most popular dishes while Chris Richardson of the Bellevue Wine Company kept glasses full with specially-matched wines. This intoxicating combination kept us guests chatty, curious, and comfortable for the duration of a most enjoyable November evening. Below is a teaser of photos taken that night. Enjoy!
