Men Only Valentines Cooking Class 2004 February 12th , 2004 Romantic intention reigned this night as a select group of brave men assembled for Ambrosia's annual fight against male kitchen-illiteracy. Led by Wall Center Hotel's heroic head chef Andrew Court, these men delved into the dangerous world of salmon appetizers, cornish game hen entrees, and fruit tart desserts with the end goal of surprising their sweethearts with a home-cooked, gourmet meal on Valentines Day.
