Pakoras Night @ Handi Restaurant

It was a chilly evening outside, but on the top floor of Handi restaurant, the ambience was nothing but warm and inviting. Handi owner Kamal Mroke and sous-chef "Jay-Kay" let us in on the secrets behind their most popular dishes while Chris Richardson of the Bellevue Wine Company kept glasses full with expertly-matched wines.
