Ambrosia uses the stimulating environment of the kitchen to put a new spin on employee teambuilding.In state-of-the-art kitchens, teams work together to prepare a three-course meal. In this fun environment participants learn to demonstrate the ingredients of a high-performing team – strategy, planning, co-operation and working together.
We combine cooking with an engaging learning experience to help teams work better together.
The kitchen is a microcosm of the workplace. The ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, allocate resources, make decisions and cooperate with others are the essential ingredients for success.
Our cooking events draw on these skills to encourage teamwork, collaboration and communication, while building camaraderie and enthusiasm among your employees.
Once the work (and learning) is done, teams dine together and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
Our events are tailored to accommodate your goals and budget. We supply all the ingredients and tools and each participant receives a set of recipes.
